Falling into Family Portraits

Some of the best family photos are captured during the Fall here in Wisconsin! Cool weather, changing leaves, pumpkin everything...everywhere. It's the perfect combination to get everyone smiling. I love working in locations that have significance to my clients. Whether it's the local farm, your backyard, or the park you grew up playing in, it means something to you. Working in a familiar location makes people come to life, brings out true smiles, and creates new memories in a cherished location. Of course there's always time for new traditions as well! Sometimes venturing out of your comfort zone can bring forth some amazing family photos as well. For instance, the Terry family I photographed recently! Bringing this family together was such a treat (two babies & a dog...like seriously what else could make this more fun?!). Celebrating 40 years of marriage & a beautiful family. We met up in Pamperin Park and had gorgeous weather! I am so blessed to know this family - so happy with their family portrait!
